When is the RSVP deadline?
We kindly ask that all of our guests RSVP before June 1, 2025. To RSVP, please click here or on the RSVP tab above.
Can I bring a guest / date?
All invited guests, including plus ones / dates, will be listed by name on the invitation. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with our closest friends and family. Thanks for understanding!
What time should I arrive?
Guests are welcome to arrive at 4:30 PM. We will have water & lemonade available while you enjoy the scenery and find your seat. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM.
Will there be parking available?
We highly recommend using a rideshare service to travel to / from the venue. There will NOT be guest parking available at the venue, and there is very limited street parking in the nearby area. If this poses a problem for you, please let us know.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be outdoors, partially on grass. Please plan your footwear accordingly.
What should I wear?
The event attire is formal (suit & tie, tuxedo, floor-length or midi dress, etc). We' will be right along the coast, so we expect high 60s / low 70s with a nice breeze and sunlight. For those wearing heels, we recommend a thicker heel to avoid issues on the grass.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, the drinks are on us!
Please note that the bar requires that you have your ID if you are planning to order alcohol during the event.
Can I take pictures during the wedding?
During the ceremony, we kindly ask that you do not take photos or videos as we would prefer you all to be present in the moment with us. We have a professional photo & video team to capture everything and we will share the content with you after the wedding.
Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos & videos as you like! Please share them with us after the wedding!
Do you have a hotel block for wedding guests?
Yes, we have reserved a block of rooms at Hyatt Regency La Jolla at Aventine. For all of the details on how to reserve your room, please jump to our Travel page. There is also information on other accommodation options there too. We hope you enjoy your stay!
Is there a wedding registry, and how do I access it?
While your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift, if you would like to check our registry, you can find it here. Thank you so much for celebrating with us —your love and support mean the world to us!
What should I do if my situation changes and I now can/cannot attend the wedding?
Before June 1st: If your plans change after initially RSVP'ing, please update your RSVP response by returning to the RSVP form and following the same steps you did initially to RSVP.
After June 1st: Please reach out directly to our wedding planner, Clemence, at theperfectpairweddingsd@gmail.com to let us know.
